Zehnder is the market leader for ventilation solutions in Europe. Their systems supply residential and commercial buildings with fresh air and can also heat or cool rooms.
The AUFWIND programme turns HVAC contractors into ventilation experts.
The AUFWIND Programme
Partners are grouped into three tiers: Partner, Plus Partner and Exclusive Partner. This way, the programme reflects the varying importance of each customer.
We conceived, designed, wrote, developed and operated the portal for Zehnder. It has been in use for 7 years, including a complete relaunch.
At the start of each year, every partner receives Zehnderli based on their tier. They spend this portal currency in the integrated shop. Partners also book courses in the Zehnder Academy through the portal. The portal is connected to Zehnder's C4C system.
The role model covers Partners, Partner Employees, Field Sales Representatives, Internal Staff, Viewers and Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

Today, 853 partners with 317 users work in the portal. In 2025, 250,000 Zehnderli worth one Euro each were redeemed and 450 Academy courses were booked. The shop processed 750 orders.
